has any1 found out if most of the items are perm? because they were meant to be LE or maybe thats in other countries? HELP! lol this would help me save alot of money before i order next week

perm items are:

l/s: russian red, sandy B
l/g: c-thru
e/s: they are all limited :-(
p/g: steel blue
all Glitters are Pro Pigmente. You can get it always on a pro shop

how comes we dont get steel blue pigment?

i know those are perm in the US and here but how come on the UK site we dont have the il triangles to say its LE?
