The blush is Stila Bud and i put a little Bobbi Brown Shimmerbrick in Rose over the top for a bit of extra shine...Stila Bud is a gorgeous blush colour for lighter skins

I do the very same thing; I'll do a somewhat 'neutral' eye, and then line my upper lids with a good dose of 'Peacocked' SS pencil. It really enhances the whole look, without going overboard. It's a really fun product!!! Sometimes when I'm running short on time, I'll just put a little Beig-ing Shadestick on my lid, and line with the Peacocked....It's a great way to make your eyes stand out w/o taking a lot of time!
BTW: I recently got the Nordstrom 'Soiree' bag in "Cool"...and I used Pinkphonic Glitter Liner over the Peacocked yesterday....I LOVED the way this looked, and got SO many compliments on it..I recommend trying this look!
