Methinks those were the brushes used for his face, hence their dirtiness. I'm going to go ahead and assume this was to be more of a test or candid shot than something staged. Besides, Petey's a rockstar, a filthy one at that. An uncleaned 187 is the least of my worries where it concerns that man.

Ugh he is seriously disgusting. He and Winehouse just make my skin crawl. And his mouth is open! That poor make up artist having to breathe him in. So gross. And the only way to properly sterilize those brushes would be to burn them lolz.

I just can't help but to think about all of the times where drug use (needles) and it's resulting epiphanies ("hmmm....I think I'll have sex with her. Condom, schmondom!") have added to the unhygienic soup sandwich that is Pete Doherty.
Then I think of that makeup artist using those brushes on areas of his face where nastiness may ooze.
Then I think about the next poor soul who gets those brushes used on them.
Sorry to say, but you can employ all the sanitation measures in the world, and it still isn't 100% clean. There isn't enough rubbing alchohol, brush cleanser and soap in the world to scrub away the results of his bad judgement manifested through his bodily fluids.
Then I think of that makeup artist using those brushes on areas of his face where nastiness may ooze.
Then I think about the next poor soul who gets those brushes used on them.

I think the reason I, and others find him so disgusting (I can't say I hate him, it's such a strong word and I don't know him personally) is because of his over publicised drug use, the fact that he has been arrested for drug offences and pretty much let off scot free (aside from the odd short stint in prison) and his general idiotic attitude towards substance abuse. The guy is a criminal and I can't say I'd be too thrilled to see him associated with my company if I worked for MAC.

Its weird, because I guess to me at least, I pretty much live by "What you eat dont make me shit" type mentality. So what he does to his body or doesnt, drugs or whatever, doesn't affect me personally, so I couldn't care any less. Britney did drugs, Drew Barrymore did drugs, SOO many celebs do drugs but people don't stop purchasing items because of it.
Maybe because I like him and he does have good music. But I would rather buy something that pete a good musician puts out, then some talentless airhead like Paris hilton or all those girls who are famous for being famous. At least pete has a talent.
And yeah we all have the right to our opinion, but it blows my mind when I see one person get singled out for what they do, when TONS of others do it and dont get the same bad rap.
