I don't know if any of you are familiar with that store, but James did my makeup. He's really nice and I like him. :3 He gave me kind of a blue panda eye... and I have mixed feelings about it. Really it's just pompous blue with some smolder/carbon smudging. I feel like sometimes it looked pretty and sometimes it just looked big and flat, especially next to my sister's exquisitely blended purpley blue look.

He used (bold came home with me & medium msf):
EYES. select tint foundation w/ fast response eye cream. sea me s/s. pompous blue e/s. naked pig (also made it to portions of my face). carbon e/s. smolder eye kohl. pitchblack pro longlash mascara.
FACE. select tint spf 15 foundation with strobe cream. studio stick concealor. studio touch-up stick. pleasureful blushcreme.
LIPS. spice lip pencil. flusterose lustreglass.

A girl did my sister's and I don't remember everything she used, but I will surely ask her and post it a-sap, because it is lovely.

Pretty, I find the girls at the Mac counter at Nordstrom in FV are nicer than the people in the free standing store.

yaaay for fashion valley. that store is way too small for me to enjoy. i stick to plaza bonita, it's 2 minutes away from home lol

I love this color, and it looks great on you. The girls at FV are really nice but I love going to Macys MAC in Chula Vista ...all those girls there know me now

yeah. this was my first blue e/s ever. but he put it on me and I fell in love. I'm probably going to my mac counter tomorrow to flesh out my blues a little and pick up jade way. I'm a green person and I really think I need it.

It was REALLY crowded the entire time we were there, so I didn't interact with anyone else very much, but James was fun. He sang along to their music. :] and another thing! where were these people coming from? It was 2 pm on a thursday and they should have been at work! we couldn't even find parking. It was crazy.

it's funny you should say that. because it's the biggest mac store I've ever been to. until now I just went to counters. I live in Vista, so the closest places are the macy's counter at el camino real and the nordstrom's counter at north county fair.

I think that look inCREDible! It's one of the best deep turquoise looks I've ever seen! The blending on the lower lash line is HOT!

Ha!! try going during christmas season ...you wont even find parking two blocks away!!
