If you want a GREAT cheekbone highlight, I highly recommend NARS The Multiple in Copacabana. It gives a beautiful soft glow with just the barest hint of pink. It'll warm your cheekbones and make them standout!

I disagree with most of the posters on black eyeliner...if done with a light hand, it can make your blue-green eyes really pop. I'd just suggest wearing it smudged, since a harsh line doesn't usually look good on fair complexions.

Something I've found that is if I want to wear black eyeliner (I have darker brown eyes/black hair, and I'm NC15/20) I have to have a completely neutral eye. I'll do Brule over the lid, run wedge in the crease, do another layer of Brule (to give the illusion of a crease) and then the black eyeliner. I'm also a huge fan of Dipdown..it's dark enough to look black but it's soft enough to NOT be black.

And like someone says, lipgloss and blush are key. If my lipgloss wears off I look dead!
