question about managing a counter

Hey guys, i jst got an offer to manage the prescriptives counter at nordstrom in chicago. i have worked in cosmetics for 4 years but never as a counter manager. What should i ask for as far as pay? i dont want to shoot to high or sell myself short....please hurry!!!!!

if it is for nordstrom's then you will make the same as all the other counter managers, what ever their base rate is plus a 3% commission, including a half percent of what the counter makes. which isnt a bad deal, i made pretty decent money at nordstrom and liked it alot! good luck
