I was just offered a job at a Sephora inside JCP as holiday help (that will hopefully turn into year round help!) but was so excited that I forgot to ask what my wage was going to be, lol. What should I expect as a starting wage? Also, I was told 15 hours/week. Is this an estimate or an exact #? Could it go up if we get more busy?
I looked through all 10 pages of the "Working at Sephora" thread and found no answers, especially not for SiJCP, and figured I'd get a much faster response here! I tried calling the store manager as well, but she is out of the store until Monday and I want to know now. >
