I mean, this stuff borders on fluroscent IRL. But I love bold lips, so no complaints over here.

It's OCC lip tar in 'Anime'. It says on the website that it makes the "Pageant" lip tar look tame. I have to agree with that.

I previously used one when I wore the color earlier in the day, but I took that picture just for a swatch. For the picture shown, I didn't have a lip pencil on. However, I used the Make Up For Ever aqua lip pencil, it's a hot pink so that works with all of my bright pink lipsticks!

I'm glad you all like the color, so do I! I was a little worried that some people might not think it's 'wearable', but I think I've changed my mind due to the positive feedback of the color! I really love OCC lip tars!
