Rave for Real Techniques brushes

I love so many of their brushes. I wish they had more eye brushes obviously, but the powder brush has been my absolute favorite lately.

I'd like to see them come out with a really tapered brush possibly for contour or highlight and a proper eyeshadow blending brush like the mac 217 or 224, they are definitely lacking in those areas, their foundation brushes are already pretty much on point. Oh and a slightly thinner angled brush would be appreciated as well

The Base Shadow Brush in the Starter Kit is a close 217 dupe, and there's a brush in the Sam's Picks set that's similar to the 224. I agree they could do with a thinner angle brush; the one in the Starter Kit is too thick, IMO.

Has anyone tried the mini brush yet? I saw it weeks ago and it was tempting but didn't know if it lived up in quality to its other brushes?

Of the full range in general? Single brushes start at $5.99; the Starter Kit and Core Collection are around $18, I think. Sam's Picks is around $30.

I purchased the core collection and ended up returning it because I was not impressed with most of the set, particularly the flat foundation brush. Fortunately, I have had much better results with the individual brushes. I have the Blush Brush, Stippling Brush, Powder Brush, Settling Brush and I luv the Expert Face Brush.

I love RT brushes! I have almost the entire collection. All the original brushes. My faves are the expert face, powder, blush, contour, stippling, setting and the eye brushes. They're great quality for the price. I swear by my expert face brush

Best place to buy these brushes is Harmons/Beth Bath and Beyond... you can always save a few bucks by using the 20 % coupon, even though they are already affordable.

Has anyone tried the silicone eyeliner brush? I'm curious, but I've never tried anything similar so wondering whether it really works ok?

I'm curious about the silicone liner brushes too - I use fluidline every day and I absolutely hate cleaning the liner brushes! I also feel that I waste a lot of product in the bristles which maybe wouldn't be the case with this kind of applicator.

I have the silicone liner brush, but I can't get it to work for the life of me. I have problems with wings so I was hoping for a great solution, but it didn't distribute the product evenly when I tried to put gel liner on with it. Maybe I just have no idea what I'm doing?

I have the same problem with the silicone liner brush, it just will not distribute the product evenly. Does anybody know how to make it work?

These are affordable, soft and effective. My favorite are the foundation and stipple brushes. I didn't like the silicone liner as much. Great gifts too.
