Reaction to titanum dioxide?

I've been trying a few more natural sun creams on my face recently and I've been getting the same reaction, little spots/zits on my chin and the area is red and itchy. Anti-histamines help a little, but not a great deal. I'm wondering if it's due to the titanium dioxide in the creams, but I haven't had this reaction in the past to similar creams..

I've also changed my pill to a progesterone only one, and that seems to have made my face much more sensitive.

Does anyone have any sun cream suggestions or ways to help minimise the reaction?
