--heres what you MAC-ONLY's could try:

for the green look, you could probably use bare canvas paint, chartruese pigment (lighty for a wash) then chrome yellow in the corners, and parrot or kicky blue in the crease. the colors (Atleast on my skin) blended together slightly come out reallly close to this!!
