The US customer service store was of NO help. They've been told not to place any orders and they "heard" that the lipsticks are sold out. I have no idea why it's sending me to the Canadian website but I'm going to buy these from Nordstrom anyway.

Just a suggestion for if you get through. You know how you can browse the collection at the top where the items slide an you can pick the category? Click the item you want there and add to cart from there. I couldn't add the items to my cart by clicking the swatches.! My iPhone had two browsers going and nothing for an hour still. I got on my PC and opened chrome and ie and got through on chrome within 10min. My iPhone and ie are still in the waiting room. Hmpphhh...

was able to checkout on my iphone!! Since 12:09 I was able to go thru on the laptop on chrome but got a timed error when tried to add to cart. Good luck ladies

finally got in using IE (used it after waiting 20 minutes using firefox). I added a few items and only TTT l/s was added to my cart. SMH

This is what I don't understand. Why is there such a glitch in their website that items don't get properly added to their cart? That same ish happened with the summer collection. This time seems even worse!
