Ugh It wouldn't let me add anything to my cart and when I did add it and selected check out.. It told me my cart was empty. Now I'm back in the waiting room. I'm so disgusted right now

This is why I hate the waiting room... The idea is there, and I'm all for giving everyone a fair chance to order, but the execution is a f***ing mess. If this is the alternative, then I think it should be every girl for herself like it's always been. Yeah, things sell out super quickly, but here we get this false hope of being able to get things only to have them already sold out and then we have orders cancelled, and it's all just pure chaos.

So I finally checked out at exactly 1:30! I got all 4 lippies. Nude for me, WTC and TTT for my friend, and another ririwoo to gift later. I think what's adding to the issue are people on multiple devices but with same login and/or cc info. I got through on both my phone and iPad and they kept canceling each other out. My iPad was on checkout step 1 and then hopped to final step after forever! My iphone was on step 3 and cancelled out at the exact same time. HTH

My iPhone had two browsers going and nothing for an hour still. I got on my PC and opened chrome and ie and got through on chrome within 10min. My iPhone and ie are still in the waiting room. Hmpphhh...

new to the site so hey everyone!
I am mortified at how horrible mac is right now, Riri woo in May it was easy to get, the summer collection was annoying beyond belief but they had the products up by 12:10, but the fall has by far taken the cake, I waited an hour, and then it would not let me add items to the cart, but shockingly I was able to get talk that talk and diamonds that was the main product I wanted because I am a sucker for highlighters. I am trying to get a back up of talk that talk but that is looking like it is not going to happen. I did want riri woo for the packaging but I already have riri woo with the black packaging so I didn't bother with that. I am not even going to get anything from the holiday collection only unless if they bring back Heaux and the lustre drops but I am sure they are not. I thought the process would be easier this time since it was released in stores boy was I wrong..common sense would tell them that whose that chick should have been released in the summer and heaux in the fall but whatever
