Finally ordered the CCB from an actual counter at Nordstrom (in OH). Took so long to find it! I really hope its worth all the trouble. Also added another RRW l/l just cause.....lol. 
And today is black box day! Yay!

That's what my setup will eventually look like. I'm taking vacation at the end of November. I'm gonna get one of those Alex units, the Malm vanity, and another Helmer for my nail polish. I already bought a mirror to hang over the vanity from Home Goods. Since I'm not going anywhere, I'll use the time to clean out my stash. Or just play in it...I need to invest in muji. My makeup collection is out of control. i had to buy this from Ikea.....the tall chest of drawers....

Seeing how great Who's That Chick looks on everyone is tempting me want to buy it, lol. I swatched it on my hand when I visited the store the day after the collection came out, however, I was unimpressed then but am wondering if I might like it better on the lips. I may check it out again the next time I go to the store if they still have it. If not, I read that Meltdown from the permanent line is a good dupe for it.

Hi everybody! I'm new to this forum as of today (LOL) after reading a few posts the past week or so. I've enjoyed all of you and your passion for MAC! I love makeup in general so I wholeheartedly share your enthusiasm. Anywho, since I've been reading, I've notcied that a lot of people were unable to get certain items from the RiRi collection particularly TTT. Well in my OCDness and not wanting to deal with the rush yesterday, I called all over the US to find what I wanted and had it shipped to me. In that quest, I discovered that the MAC counter at Macys in Boise, ID has of today, 16 TTT lipsticks available. Call 208-373-6000 ext 6375 and ask for Megan. She can help you. I hope this helps and those who missed out can get it. I also have a chart of stores across the USA who still has considerable stock of other items. If you'd like that info let me know. I'm new to this so I'll get back to whomever when I can or when I figure it out! Good day to you all!

I'm thinking the same thing too.. it's looking gorgeous on those who shared pics.. it looks like it would be super orangy frosty in the tube but it's not showing up that way on the lip.

I am confused by this post. You wanted to join but changed your mind because you thought people were mean. Then you joined to post an insulting remark to the membership. I don't get it. SMH I've been a member here for many years and I love the camradarie of Specktra. I don't post often but always feel welcome and at home. The guys and gals on here are the best. Sometimes, like family, we disagree but at the end of the day it's all good. Richelle and other mods, if I have overstepped my bounds I apologize. Back to the makeup now....

I don't think they are ganging up on everyone but this happens with EVERY popular collection. People join for one collection they're interested in ask tons of questions and never post again once they got the things they wanted.
Then there are some who lurk for information from active members and buy up everything before REAL makeup lovers can get it. And I'm sure the majority of them are putting it up on ebay and other places for sale. It's not fair to the member who contribute to this forum. We were all "newbies" at one point and if you contribute to the threads no one will treat you differently. However, if your first posts are questions on how and where to get certain things you can expect a not so friendly response. Read the threads and contribute like a normal member and no one will treat you any differently.
With that said Welcome to Specktra! I hope you stick around

My comment was not the least bit rude. You make have taken it as such because I was speaking the truth. No one is being aggressive or hostile. I just do not agree with folks acting as if some people are more entitled to makeup than others, which is in itself unfair. I'm not one of those who profit from what I buy. I buy because I like the product, and any place I find it I will buy and share with others that want to buy...but hey thats just me...
