Thanks for posting all the pictures!!

Sadly, I'm not loving this quad. It looks too grey for my taste. Hopefully the other one I'll like. How are the quality of these quads? I know sometimes the quality of the mac quads are so so. Until recently though, I was really impressed with the TR quads (I have both).

The only thing im getting from this collection is the blush and that is pending swatches. I'm not impressed with these items at all.

. I am more excited for the Indulge and Retro Matte collections. I am still not crazy about the packaging and don't want to pay extra to have it. I am waiting to see swatches to maybe change my mind!

I don't like the color of that nude lipstick..

I thought that I would like the nude but I need to see swatches ... it looks like it could be 'muddy.'

Defn have to use the right color lip liner to pull it off.
But the packaging ..... trying so hard to be open minded but UGH! They could have done so much better.

Someone else said it looked like their fav cappuccino Lippie and I had the same one I think, it finally got tossed out but if was my fav nude lg to wear with plum liner. This nude wasnt on my list , but full face swatches will help me decide for sure. As of right now though, it's a skip!

Thanks again itsbcuzirock! I'm not too excited with the products shown so far.
About the picture stealing and not giving credit thing. I talked about this with someone else. He told me that people are allowed to take pictures if the person they are originally from doesn't have copyright on them. To get copyright you have to pay a lot of money and you need to have a company or something (the last thing I'm not completely sure about anymore). So although I completely understand the frustration, it seems like they are not really stealing pictures if you don't have copyright on them from what I understand

I'm intrigued by Smoked Cocoa but its pending swatches for me, as are the lippies. I'm all oranged out with AAO and the nude...eh might actually look like what it is in the tube...muddy. Hopefully it's one of those shades that is ugly in the tube but beautiful on the lip.

I heard that too! Basically everything you put on Internet is public property even the personal pictures. Instagram and Facebook have stated in their terms and conditions, that all the pictures you upload there belong to them and they can sell it andso as they please. There was an example mentioned in an article about an artist who worked really hard on his piece of art, had instagram sell his work. It was printed on something and the third party and instagram made money out of it. The artist had nothing to stand on! Because his work wasnt copyrighted Its moral code to credit people , but legally there is nothing you can really do:( you can watermark it, so it would be less easy to pretend the picture is hers!

Thanks for your input. That's a horrible story about the artist:(

I'm not saying someone else can't screenshot a pic and use it on their wall, everyone does that. What I'm talking about is claiming a picture is yours, or not correcting others when they assume a pic is yours. If there's a watermark already on there, it's evident the pic isn't yours, and it gives credit to the appropriate person without anything being said or done. Is it law to credit someone? No. But Innatchka's right. It the right thing to do.

I may be new to Specktra, but I really respect everything you've done here. It sucks that fame hungry leeches can't simply give credit where it's due. Just know everything you do here is highly appreciated. Thank you for dedicating yourself to this.
I really do agree with you on this as a newbie myself I learn a lot here

Once again I agree that other stuff looks horrid
Right?! The packaging for one is so all over the place and in your face! And that NUDE? That's NUDE?! No. Just no to all of this. And especially with the fiasco of the RiRi Hearts Summer Collection, the less I get, the less stress.

Not true, in most countries anyway, certainly not the ones we're in! Copyright is automatic, it is in place as soon as the original work (eg photograph) is created. What is potentially expensive is enforcing it. The whole thing with FB, IG etc does make it more complicated though, and I don't know exactly how that all works.

yes, if you do a photograph, that one is yours, nobody should steal it and if he does you have the right to ask him to remove it from his website or page etc.. If somebody use your picture for commercial stuff (magazine, advertisement and so on), he seriously risk to be reported by you ( and must give you a lot of money).
About facebook... every picture posted on facebook becomes property of facebook ( it's written somewhere in the contract), so do not post important stuff there because facebook may sell it ( and you may find your picture used for a commercial in an unknown country..)
