I posted my previous post before reading this lol. If you can track down TTT L/S I say pull the trigger! Just use a lip base. I have no patchiness issues or anything using a lip base primerHi Everyone!! All your beautiful pics have inspired me to come out of the shadows and share my experience with this collection so far. I've been debating if I should bother trying to track down TTT since so many are having application problems. I decided to play with a similar lippy to see if I could create something to satisfy my lemming. Below is TTT l/l applied all over the lips and Sephora Rouge Cream l/s in Grape (discontinued) applied on top. It turned out a little too black, so I added a touch of Narcissus CS l/g and viola! I'm OK with the shine, as matte is not my favorite finish. **Sorry for the super-close crop, but I have NO makeup on and didn't want to frighten anyone LOL. Looks a little darker and more plummy IRL. I feel OK skipping TTT l/s after seeing this, but now I want a TTT l/l bu (or two)!! Does anyone have any other suggestions for TTT l/l combos? Planning on trying it under JAB from Indulge...
MACnCheese you look gorgeous!!!!Diamonds and Nude over babylips
Blacktrack is a fluidline, the black fluidline. I've got fluidline that's 6+ years old and it's perfectly fine. As long as you don't let it dry out or introduce any liquids (water, MMs, etc) into it it's fine. And no, pigments don't expire either, nor do shadows, blush or other pressed powders, with the exception of studio fix. Liquid and cream foundations, moisturizers, primers, and other face products and skincare, mascara, liquid liners DO expire. Products with an expiration have an expiration symbol on the box with the expiration date once the product has been opened. This date, however, is just a guideline, and can vary depending on how the product is stored (both before and after it's opened) and how it's used. Always go by taste, smell, colour, and texture. Is fluid line different from blacktrack? I always see people say it has to be replaced. I use mine up generally in 6 months. So what does expire? Pigments?
I've got lipsticks and glosses that older than that it's they're still perfectly fine. As i said above, if they taste/smell/look/feel ok, use em. And if by chance you try em and they're bad, toss em. You're not gonna die just from trying em. Wipe it off and try another one. That's why every few months you should go thru your lip products and do a sniff/taste test and see which ones stay and which ones go. so hypothetically if I were to keep my lipsticks for 6 years, they would still be okay to use?
That was my reason for passing too, my oily skin, now I'm regretting and stalking! Thanks doll! I really like it, and that's saying a lot because I have really oily skin and though a CCB would be a disaster on me. I hope that you can get it on a restock.
That pic with the knife tho! Lmao!!!!! Rofl!

Still haven't received my missing package from USPS so I fear someone is having a great time with TTT, WTC, Diamonds, and RRW liner. Thank goodness I did go to Dillard's on release day and thank goodness they called me about TTT and Nude, but I hate that items that I THOUGHT I would have as backups I won't have and that someone may have benefitted from my angels hard work. There are some truly scandalous people out there!
So pretty! Nude really works on you, and now I'm mad that I skipped Nudes and Metallics.
Thank you. I'm wearing Barefaced (Nudes & Metallics Collection) and Diamonds.butterflyeyes, nude looks really nice on you! What are you wearing on your cheeks? It almost look like BGGG and Diamonds. Is it?
Oh okay. That's a great looking combo on your cheeks.Thank you. I'm wearing Barefaced (Nudes & Metallics Collection) and Diamonds.
I sure did! Taste your lipsticks and glosses. I'm super sensitive to smells, but can get somewhat get over that. But if a lipstick or gloss tastes like makeup or tastes bad, i just can't wear it! That's why it's hard for me to wear brands other than mac and a few others. I don't own any other brand of gloss other than mac because i can't NOT do the vanilla. And as far as lipsticks go, i have Melt, OCC lip tars and MAC and that's it. If it doesn't have a good taste i WON'T wear it, and i won't put it on my clients either.Erin did you say taste?! Taste my make up? :haha:
Whoever told you that is an idiot. It wasn't mold, and it happens to eyeliners as well. It has to do with exposure to temperature fluctuations. 70% alcohol works just fine. This is great info. I looked at a lipstick a little while ago and it had like a whitish kind of cast on it. I was able to wipe it with a napkin and the rest appeared fine but someone told me it was lipstick mold so I threw it out along with a couple of others. Could I have salvaged it by disinfecting with 91% alcohol?

I remember I had a lipgloss forever and I knew it went bad because when I put it on my lips it kind of burned. I threw that sucker away really fast.I sure did! Taste your lipsticks and glosses. I won't use anything that has a taste either. But it sounded funny. I hear things about make up and germs. I'm never too concerned because I don't share it so its my germs right? I don't like lipgloss but maybe I would if I tried macs. I have long hair so it always gets all up in the gloss My lusters have the white on them. Even brand new lustres that have just been sitting there. Some more than othersWhoever told you that is an idiot. It wasn't mold, and it happens to eyeliners as well. Diamonds and Nude over babylips You are super beautiful! And glowing!

It's a high probability that it was. I need to check my back to mac bag and see because I was wondering why it was the MAC lipsticks 'molding'. That may be the reason. Dang internet wrong information. Was it a Luster? There was a lengthy discussion in one of the threads about how lusters do that after a while. From what I remember the consensus was that it's not mold and that they are still useable.
Gorgeous!!!! Love this look and I love diamonds!!!! I wore today too.
