I had a hard time with mine as well, the pink part barely showed up and the bronze side didn't at all. I took pretty stiff brushes and went over each side and kinda got that first layer off and after that it was SO much better. Hope that helps.

Everything is so beautiful on you. And I love watching your youtube videos, was waiting for your vid on this collection btw. I wish I wouldve been up on this collection as the rest of you. Only got TTT, loving the color. I want Nude and BGGG. *sad face*

When you say stiff brushes do you mean something like a foundation brush? I feel a little embarrassed asking but I want HK to work for me since I'm having the same problem.
