Talk That Talk is a BEAUTIFUL color and as time goes on I am realizing how it truly is unique. Other shades come close but alas no cigar. I do love the retro matte formula but this particular lipstick takes the dryness to a whole new level! LOL!

I haven't worn my TTT in awhile but as mentioned a lot in the past I am able to get great use out of it when I use RiRi Nude as a base/primer. Would have been nice if it wasn't so dry on it's own but thankfully I found a method that only adds a few seconds to my application.

I always use Prep + Prime. Use it with all lipsticks and lipglasses actually. I can't apply either without it.

I heard that lingering kiss is a possible dupe. Im going to pick it up in the morning and see how close it comes to TTT.

I got LK yesterday and the SA compared it to TTT--LK is more brownish, it looks closer to Fixed on Drama from last year's Retro Matte collection to me. The SA did say that LK with Nightmoth liner would yield a color very close to TTT.

However, the NYX Matte Lip cream in Transylvania is a VERY good dupe for TTT.

I tried LK on yesterday and my first thought was that it looked brown. Nice color but it doesn't even compare to TTT in my opinion. I own translyvania and I love it. I never really considered it a dupe for TTT though. It reminds me more of smoked purple.
