I just called the Nordstrom in Santa Monica California and the CS agent informed me that they've already sold out of all the lipsticks. Really!

This exactly why a lot of stores in my area strictly enforce a no hold or no presell rule. It gives everyone a chance on the actual launch day to try to get the items.

I feel like such a crackhead. I keep refreshing pages hoping for a restock of bgrr or for it to pop up at the other places. When I call said other places, they keep insisting it's up and tell me that I can now purchase the smoked cocoa eyeshadow

Both of my nordstrom orders shipped! There was an 8 minute difference in ordering times, and an almost 12 hour difference in shipping times! Wonder how many orders were placed in those 8 minutes for there to be such a big difference in shipping times.

I'm wondering this also?! My first order shipped yesterday evening and my second order(placed literally seconds later for my friend) is still "in process" which makes me nervous. I mean, I got mine, but I'll feel bad if I didn't get hers.

Although makes me a little less nervous hearing others have such long delays between their orders shipping.

after 7pm...they make no more deliverys till next day....its happen to me....it wont show in system to a re-vamped day til morning....sometimes holiday time they get crashed on so many packages so they cant deliver them all on a certain time frame ..so they move it to next day....worse thing ..they shipped to wrong door...idk call

Inglot has an amazing gel liner in rose gold(I can't remember the number, it's in the 80's, 84 or 85 maybe), I got a while back, which is why I decided against getting this one. It's much more pigmented too and less expensive.

Same here, I've had stuff delivered way late before not even during holiday season. During the Riri summer launch my Heaux and Ririboy didn't get delivered until like 10:30 that night.

But I did get super lucky when MAC Canada did a sneaky tiny restock in the wee hours of Fri. morning and I snagged a Hautecore which came today...but I'm skeered to try it now LOL
I wonder who let the FedEx guy in? I nearly had a heart attack when he knocked on my door.

I've got a guest coming tomorrow so hopefully that will keep my mind off of it for a bit. And since somebody's coming I should go...

Who in their right mind brags about placing 2-3 order for each launch and then sending friends and family to the store launches too? I got so tired of that when she was whining that people were pming her for extras that she offered up. GFG!!!
