Waiting room was actually nice this time. Website ran a little slow for me. I liked how they also listed the items used in her makeup look for the campaign.
I ordered both lipstick and Lipglass. I don't mind supporting a good cause

I had no idea this was launching today. Saw a tweet about the waiting room. So ridiculous they're doing that again.

Same here! I just got the email from MAC about the collection launching. I don't plan on getting it, but I was curious to see if it was sold out already. I saw that waiting room message and busted out laughing lol! They've GOT to be kidding with this waiting room crap! Now I will say it took less than 5 min to go through, but still... I can't believe they put the waiting room in effect for this collection...

Five minutes. Order placed. Checked out. Just got the lipstick. I'm not a gloss person but if I change my mind I'll go in person and get it with a backup of the lipstick.

Im not a lip gloss person either but if I go to get a back up Thursday in store...Im might just grab the gloss anyways

I ordered the lipstick and gloss and then magnetic appeal I've been dying to try it! lol I tried to get up before launch time but fell asleep & was so worried about the stress of another waiting room . But it was easy. it's 2:35am here in Japan ️

You know, it's really too bad the other RiRi collections didn't go as well as this. 40 minutes in and there is still product, a functioning waiting room, no one seems angry. Just really makes you realize how much they jacked those others up.

I agree! This is how every collection should be. There should always be enough product that nothing sales out in 5 mins, no one has to stalk for days, and no one is angry.

Took under a minute in the waiting room but I ordered one of each. I'll keep the lipstick unopened until I use up a different red, but I'm excited to use that pretty gloss!

I agree! This is how every collection should be. There should always be enough product that nothing sales out in 5 mins, no one has to stalk for days, and no one is angry.

Such a shame that they can't be consistently good at launching these LE collections. I'm still slightly ticked at having BGRR stolen from my cart while checking out during RiRi holiday and that was the only thing I wanted from that collection. We shouldn't have to wait on secret restocks, call all over the world or pay marked up prices to buy items from 3rd parties.

I used my office computer to checkout. I waited 4 minutes and was done in 1 minute. Not bad but I was definitely scared when I saw the initial waiting room.
