Yazmin is an above and beyond seller/person. I ordered from her and the mail person put my package in the wrong mail slot and no neighbor has yet to leave the package on my doorstep (thanks a lot "neighbor"). I informed Yazmin about the ordeal and I had already accepted the fate as a result of the chances we take with the mail service every time we ship, but she was not having it! She went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer and communicated with me step of the way. She fixed the situation even though what happened was not her fault nor her responsibility once she dropped my package off at the post office. Best seller I have ever dealt with, hands down.
