I got to see sin city on opening nite and i was in aw of the movie. I thought is was fantastic to say the least. The cinamatography (sp?) was so fun and exciting to watch and i think the reason for the wierd wordage is because it was first a comic series and that is how they would talk in the comic. you know those comic book nerds are kinda funny like that. heh. anyways i just loved it

I really liked Sideways, but I didn't have any expectations going into it so it was easy not to be disappointed...I think the thing people are having a hard time with is the fact that a lot of people say it's a funny movie...it's funny, but not in a "Jim Carey" sort of way, so when people see it, they are disappointed because I think that is what they are expecting.

Anywho, I just saw Kingdom of Heaven over the weekend. Mmm...Orlando Bloom

Ooh...I'm definitely gonna have to try to see Sin City while it's still in theatres.

Meet the Fockers is still the best movie I've seen all year.

It's freakin' HILARIOUS!! I snorted at least 4 times!

erm, tarantino only directed the scene with dwight and jackie boy in the car driving to the tar pits.
that said, sin city freaking rocked. has anyone read the comics? scene-by-scene they're nearly identical.

million dollar baby was a really great movie. i saw it with my mom last week and we were both sniffling for the last like, 20 minutes. i adore hilary swank, she's remarkable.

Everyone should watch Crash. It just came out last weekend, and not a lot of people know about it. It's a shame because it's a great movie. It's all about races and stereotypes. The cast is great...it includes Sandra Bullock, Brendan Fraser, Ludacris, Don Cheadle, Matt Dillon, Ryan Phillippe, and a lot more people I can't think of. Anyway, you won't regret watching this movie!

If you like strange, indie movies:

Saddest Music in the World

one of the strangest plotlines in movie history, but I utterly LOVE it. It is one of my favorite movies of all time.
