This palette is a must! After getting one for myself, I've decided i need one for my kit!

I have both the Sephora palette and the Smashbox set.  I was underwhelmed by both of them but I have a lot of makeup across a lot of brands.  The Sephora palette has decent shimmery shades but nothing incredibly unique.  The matte shades are a little lacking and not buttery smooth.  I think you could spend the $32 toward something better.  I bought the Smashbox set mainly for the eyeshadows b/c I really enjoy their shadows.  Sadly these are not a good representation of their usual quality.  I haven't tried the mascara or eyeliner yet, so if you're purchasing for that, it could be worth it based on the individual cost/quality of those items but I can't attest to that.  Hope that helps!

Thanks so much for your feedback. Luckily/unfortunately my budget changed so I had to take my palettes out of my cart. Good to know that I can put my precious dollars towards something else!

It's pretty noticeable, but to me it's more of a smell/taste, and not a feel.

LMAO my clock rolled over to midnight and I was like "it's sale time!!!" And then I remembered it's midnight PST. Gonna go to bed and order when I wake up.

The saddest part is that all the items I want are in stock at my local Sephora but I want the ebates credit.

Anyone here tried SKII products? They have a value set for $100 and i'm thinking about it...

I bought the full size of the Essence (the one in that kit) for $100 by itself at the VIB sale last year. While I really wanted to like it (SK-II is supposedly the best Asian skincare) I didn't feel like it did much for my face.. I used up the whole bottle and didn't notice a difference after I didn't repurchase it. I also have acne prone skin but it didn't break me out. It sorta just did... nothing... :/ The consistency is literally like water and sometimes I felt like I was just putting water on my face? LOL I wouldn't give it a thumbs down but at $80 a bottle after the 20% discount, I'd rather get the Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Serum (GODSEND) or the Lancome Genefique.

I want to try the SK-II Facial Lotion though.

I was hoping it would be Eastern. I'm on vacation this week but I work in a coffee shop. I've gotten accustomed to being asleep by 930pm and waking up between 430-6am lol. So I might do the same as you Eastern folk and set an alarm to wake up.

Has anyone tried the Shiseido Benefiance WrinkleResist24 Intensive Eye Contour Cream? I've been looking for a good antiwrinkle cream and just saw they have a set with this in it. For the price of the cream alone you get 3 other products.
I'm really trying to take advantage of this sale for skincare. I've got so much makeup and of course Dec 26th is going to insane for MAC collections!

I got the eye cream via the kit last year, and reordered it again this year. This is the very first eye cream I ever used so I'm prolly not very helpful to you, but I did like it enough to repurchase it again. I noticed my undereye area to be very moisturized the next morning. Two things you should be aware of, though:
1) it has a smell to it - pleasant, and I personally like it, but I know alot of women don't like scented stuff
2) It leaves a thin film of... I don't want to say "grease" but it's greasy residue although the cream itself is not greasy. It doesn't affect my makeup but it does get on my pillow sometimes.

I purchased this because it has the best reviews for the $50 price range... and I like things in value sets LOL
I looked into the Origins VitaZing but the recent reviews said it's really bad for sensitive skin
I've wanted the Bobbi Brown Extra Repair but it's $70 and the reviews of it are hit or miss

Call me crazy, but I'm not rushing to place my order. If I happen to have extra time in the morning after I get ready for work, I'll finish editing my cart and check out then. If not, I'm just going to place my order when I get home from work. I doubt anything in my cart will sell out before then, and if it does, it wasn't meant to be this time around.

The only good thing to come out of it is that I now have an extra 200$ to spend on makeup (if I so choose...)
