I finally broke down today and got the Naked palette. I was avoiding it b/c of the hype, but mostly because I have so many neutral shades by Mac that I don't really use. I was struggling to find something in store today. I had one MUFE Rouge Artist Intense lipstick in my hand and I said why not swatch Naked. Well, there were 2 or 3 shades that I really wanted. I was about to buy them individually, but then I realized it would be much more beneficial to buy the whole set. I got home, tested it and I really love it. Silly me. That's the way it works sometimes, though. I can see myself using these more than my Mac shadows. I'm going to place an order for the MUFE lipstick #25 and a couple of Urban Decay liners (the newest shades).

I have all of my Mac shadows in palettes and I arrange them by color, but I don't know. I think there's more versatility w/ these Naked shadows. There's one shadow there that reminds me of Tempting/Woodwinked, but it actually looks good on me. I hate the way Tempting and Woodwinked look on me. It's weird. I don't do natural or nude look often. I usually go smoky or colorful and when I do a bright lip I either skip shadow completely or I use a neutral paint pot like Groundwork all over my lid. Now, though I am going to use this Naked palette whenever I have the chance. I'm trying so hard not to buy like 7 or 8 of these new UD liners. Trying to keep it to 3.

Hey ladies
I've been wanting to purchase the LORAC Pro palette for some time now but non of the stores in NYC have this brand in the Sephora stores supposedly is online now. I was wondering if any of you ladies have seen this brand in your sephora's. I really don't want to pay for shipping it defeats the purpose of the 15%. Thanks

I've seen Lorac at several of my local Sephora's. That was one of the brands I experimented with when I was just starting to play around with makeup. The brand isn't my style, but a lot of people appreciate it. It's a quite, kind of workhorse brand like Bobbi Brown. Nothing too exciting, but people are able to find staples in there. I don't know much about that particular item you're talking about, though.

Some of the new ysl glossy stains, hourglass primer full size since it is very expensive and maybe the nars new concealer s. I have been wanting to try these. Although I was tempted to get the Ellis faas but I have to Finnish the many foundations I have at the moment.

They moved out the last pieces of Lorac from the store I go to the most (at least once a week) just a few weeks ago. Since I go there so much I go to every station even if I know I'm probably not interested (you never know what you might find). They moved Lorac and TheBalm out (I'm bummed about that). They moved TheBalm out even earlier than Lorac and I knew Lorac was going b/c it went from a large display to only a couple of pieces. Have you tried YouTube to see the item you want and if it's something you might like? My question is, why the hell do they still sell Samantha Ronson? She can't be selling any better than those other two brands. She just can't. I don't get it.
The 24-7 glide on pencils. The shades I want most are Chaos, Smoke and Sabbath. I also want Mainline, Mushroom and probably Loaded (since I love the shadow). Chaos will be so awesome with Winkle eyeshadow by Mac.

That's really disappointing to hear. Which I don't understand I thought they were doing so well. Oh well can't win them all now, can we? Anyway I was able to order it cuz hubby is giving it to me for Mother's day so I guess I wont have to go nuts looking for this in stores. Although Ulta sells the brand in their stores but Ulta is no Sephora. I have to agree though, how can that Samantha Ronson brand be doing well? it doesn't call my attention. I've seen the videos on youtube that's what made me want to get my hands on this palette I even saw it in person making me real hyped lol.

Every single time I go into Sephora I never see anyone even swatching the Samantha Ronson stuff. I mean, it looks completely untouched. I'm glad you're able to get your Lorac stuff. Maybe Bloomingdales will pick it up at some point. I forgot all about Ulta. I have seen it there, too. I really wish my local Sephora would expand b/c there's so many other brands it can carry. They cram so much stuff into the store that they carry a particular product, but not all the colors sometimes. There's one in Times Square that's huge. They carry Bobbi Brown and Dolce and Gabbana. I would die to get Dolce and Gabbana around here. I don't want to travel to the city to get it.

I was surprised to see Becca back at Sephora online. I haven't seen them in any stores though besides at the little beauty to go area.
I can't wait. Maybe they can bring in D&G or expand MUFE.
It's available at mine, though it's a smaller selection than I remember.

Becca is available at the Dadeline Mall and I believe the South Beach Stores. They aren't a large display but I'm actually glad to see it there. I had no idea Cargo was coming back. They have one of my favorite blushes Rome. I have to admit I once purchased a Charlotte Ronson quad but ended up returning it. Not because of quality but because it was full of dupes for some MAC shadows I already had. I love a palette or a quad. Especially for travel, however I just couldn't justify having the quad, the MAC palette and the Naked palette. Way too much of the same thing.

I got a bunch of skincare items and debating getting a Lancôme foundation tarte tinted moisturizer and some new ud pencils. Maybe I'll just wait until later.
