about them calling back they can be really slow and unlike MAC they dont have you do the process even when they arent hiring. If they are hiring they call, if not they dont. That is my understanding as I got a call on an application I dropped off over a month ago just today and she said it is because they are now hiring.

Just be dressed nicely and professionally for your interview. Sephora has a uniform pants and jacket that you will be required to wear if you are hired. And you will have the sephora pin on your jacket. Just looked polished and professional.

I always dress to the "T" but it bums me out no skirts - 99% of my wardrobe is skirts & dresses - atleast I won't have to buy clothing for work!

I worked there a while ago. But I would say as far as salary is concerned it is decent for a retail job. It's not amazing rate in my area, but it is still slightly above average. There is also bonus payouts at points of the year if your store reaches tier 1/2/3. Since I'm no longer with them, I made around $9.50 when I was hired, but I had no experience in the industry. I know some people there probably made more than me. Good Luck to you. I hope you get it.

Thanks! I interviewed for the seasonal cashier position and I said $12/hr. She seemed totally fine with that. Hopefully....LOL

I interviewed with them a few days ago. It was a group interview and the whole process was surprisingly laid back. There was only four of us at the interview. I hope that I get a call soon!
