About the VIB Rouge,I just talked to CS and they told me that it's still in the testing phase,that it should be rolling out within 1-2 months and that no one currently has the VIB Rouge status yet.Also he confirmed that the spending level for that is $500,not $1000.That should should extremely easy to do,I have spent about $500 so far.

If it's $500 I already qualify for it so now I'm really interested as to what the "special gifts" will be lol but I'm not getting my hopes up. The free shipping sounds nice though as I always thought they should have that. That's one of the reasons I order from Nordstrom if I only need 1 thing

The mirror is still displayed in the Disney Collection products as well as on search, but when you click it... On the Sephora app, it says, "This product is unavailable." The mobile website says, "We are sorry but this item has sold out." I don't remember the other mirrors doing that. /: This is fairly new too, because like four hours ago I could see the mirror and do an in-store search. After this, I'm done with Sephora for a long time.

Wow. It doesn't even show it anymore. I'm guessing they did that so it wouldn't show all the negative reviews. Looks like we won't be getting a restock

They have to do a restock I think that would be weird if they didn't. They did it for the palette and I think they restocked both Cinderella and Jasmine mirrors at least once when those sold out

Sephora really ticked off a lot of loyal customers with this crap. They should've planned better cause this one might just come back and bite them on the ass. We can buy most of their products elsewhere.

Did they really restock the Cinderella mirror after it sold out? I just remember it being out of stock on the site for months o___o

Even though it's gone right now, I think it will come back. At least, I hope. But I'm definitely calling my local Sephoras once they open.

They never restocked the Cinderella mirror, but they did the Jasmine mirror. I don't think this is the end of the Ariel mirror. Hopefully they restock again.

It seems like they closely monitor their ratings/reviews section. If there are too many one stars, they will delete those. Not sure if that is the best way to go about handling business :/

Not just the bloggers, Sephora sent out emails at approx 9:15am PST...

See I never got those email and I get all the ones they sent out before. A little slack their Sephora.


But yeah this order for the mirror gave me VIB status again but really I never get to use it. lol I'd die if I ever spent $1000 at Sepora per year. The only way that's happening is if they bring in more camera ready/theatrical brands but that's not going to happen. I'd rather spend that at IMATS (but usually it's only $500CAN there for me).

Yeah, just log in then go Tracking Tickets > Click on the link that says Click Here to contact Customer Service. There you can enter the store name, order details etc

I hate it when ppl do that! I mean i get it that u're upset, so go rant on their fb or twitter, not on the product reviews! The reviews are suppose to help ppl make informed decisions before buying something.

I know people are mad but it will still be out in stores...I would definitely get what day your store receives stock in. I know they don't know when they will get it in exactly but my guess would be in this weeks stock or next weeks. Since I want the palette, I know to stalk my sephora.

Really? I must just remember wrong, I know the Cinderella mirror was around for a while I remember having a few chances to buy it and never did. I'd like to think they'd restock everything at least once bc that just makes sense (the palette though I'm not sure bc this was the restock for that) but w how mysterious they've been w this whole collection who knows!

I called my local Sephora and I was told the collection would arrive toward the end of next month. I don't know if I really believe that. They also said they couldn't hold any products for customers. I will probably stalk the store and call every other day. It's on!
