Um, the same time as the rest of the uk, some time either the start of december or end of novemeber. We haven't been told as far as I'm aware, the palettes are out tomorrow, so maybe 2-3 weeks after?

Are you super happy with the new mac? It's so beautiful and big and yummy! I love it! Where abouts in Glasgow are you from? God i'm so excited, sorry for thread hijacking!

Hello fellow glaswegian!!!

I am so happy with the new MAC, a little too happy, I work just off Buchannan Street so it is just a little too handy for me to pop in! I stay on the Southside, near Hamden Stadium. I just bought the flat so I am trying hard to save my pennies - although the new MAC set up isn't helping at all!!! I'm managing to limit myself to only MAC eye make-up obsession ATM which helps.

I called Frasers the other day and the SA wasn't sure when any of the collections were coming in, she seemed to think soon for the pallets and a couple of weeks into December for the minis - which is good cause it gives me time to save!!!

Anyway - hijack over

I'm near Milngavie, I go to St Aloysius which is on Hill St, too near MAC for my own good! Did she have any idea a/b lingerie, if she told you/ if you asked? I presume not.

She didn't seem to have any idea about anything to be honest

They don't have the pallettes or any of the new collection in yet, the girl I spoke to said they were hoping for the pallettes on Saturday (5th) but she didn't seem too sure. She didn't have any idea on anything else either, i asked about the temptation sets again too, no idea though.

I called the SoHo store this morning too to check about the temptation sets (so I could pre-order to have them mailed up to me) and they were unsure about delivery dates and prices for the them too. So all in all MAC girls in the UK don't really seem to know what is going on!

Not fair! Eurgh. Oh, what would you call the Glasgow MAC? A store or a counter? It is listed as a counter and appears to be one but it sells everything stores do:S

I would have said counter, although maybe now after the refit it is more of a store within a store, I think since it is the only one in Glasgow and only one of two in Scotland it will carry a fuller range of products than normal counters would. All us Scottish MAC lovers would miss out otherwise!!

Heh true, but I bought my pigments and palettes there back in march. I call it a store within a store too! mwahhaha.
