Hi, I have had samples from MAC before and that looks like the samples stickers that they use. The sample sticker is silver with the name of the colour and then sample underneath.
I have actually never seen a sample faked. If you were going to make a fake of something it would make more sense just to make it the regular product instead of a sample. Not to mention that this collection is relatively new so I am not sure that any of it has been faked yet.
I don't think you have anything to worry about with this sample...looks legit.
