Hi everyone,
I have my store approval at House Of Fraser coming up for beauty counter work..
Please could you give me any tips or advice on how to dress, what to say and generally what to expect?

Dress like you would if you were on counter, be prepared to answer questions like :-

What are your Current key responsibilities?
What is your understanding of the role?
What Customer Service skills do you have?
How have you handled Customer Complaints?

Also, they will ask how you feel about opening customer account cards.

It's pretty straight forward and as long as you can convey that you are intelligent and with common sense I doubt you'll not get approved
