That's lovely! Do you use the Pure Luxe eye shadows wer ot dry (used as shadow, not liner)? I can't seem to get a very shimmery effect unless I use water.

Thanks! I use them dry on my lids because I don't want very strong colours since I'm rather pale! But on me most shades are quite shimmery - that is, if they are shimmery in the jar, they look shimmery on me too. But the e/s have different textures, and apart from the mattes that don't shimmer there are also colours that shimmer less than others. They are not like Lustres of course! Do you have any special problem shades?
