Thanks guys! The first set was from a tutorial on LJ and I used:

Sea Me Shadestick all the way to the lid and blended out to the brow bone.
Freshwater packed onto the lid and blended into the Crease.
Aquadisac (or Parrot topped with Steamy) in the crease.
Metamorph blended into the inner crease.
Deck Chair to hilight the brow bone.
Freshwater to line the lower lashline.
Blue Pigment mixed with Medium to line the upper lash line.
