Swining London_Pale shadow/ full lashes

Another page off of one of my fav magz: S-Cawaii Nov. 2006 EDT. This one uses pale eyeshadow with lots of thick lashes. The model here is of course wearing false ones on both the top and bottom. The white eyeliner in the inner corner is a big key for this look. Also I think used both a powder liner AND liquid although they didn't show it.
*NOTE: Maybelline Volum' Express Turbo Boost mascara is consistantly voted one of the best for thick lashes in Asia. It's one of my favz too, the only thing that beefs up my tiny fringe.

Yes the "line" on her eyelid is actually drawn on. It takes a while to get the placement of it just right since everyones' eyes are different sizes. The "line" on her lid helps define the crease, this technique is used alot in Asia since many of the girls dont have prominent eye creases. The line should be drawn on just where your crease is, right in the hallow of your eye socket.
