That lip colour looks really good, colour definitely suits you BUT I actually kind of prefer it without, because the focus becomes totally on your eyes.

The first one says classic & chic to me, the second is more like a Winona Ryder doe-eyed "I'm stunning without effort & don't even care/know it" kind of thing.
