Yes, I think so. Try Paint Pot Delft, Rollickin', Blackground or Shadestick Sharkskin under Teal, this will give an awesome result, not too bright! And blending out with white or vanilla as I did helps as well to take a bit from the brightness.

I also love bright e/s and I am sure you can wear it as well

Use a very neutral lip color, that helps not to look a clown.
