Texture of paintpots

painterly is alittle more difficult to work with, maybe it dries really quick since it's more matte? idk.

One problem i'm having with my paintpots is that it seems to be seperating from the pot. Like when i turn it around to where the label is, i've noticed a small gap between the actual product and the glass pot. My only worry is that after awhile the product will dry out completely. Is this happening to anyone else? I try and close the pots as tight as i can, and its only happening to the ones that i use more often like bare study, painterly, construtivist and rubenesque. The rest are still ok.

I took it in to my local counter and the SA thought I might not have had the cap screwed on tight enough. She actually offered to replace it which was so nice. I also picked up Non-Conformist f/l that day and when I got it home, I noticed its texture was much dryer than my other colors. Since it was brand spankin new, it certainly wasn't a result of not having the cap secured tightly enough.

Strange!

I've had this problem with Non Conformist f/l too! I just opened it on Saturday and it was SO DRY. Oh well....
