its okay and i use it but ya im not that big a fan of veluxe pearls. they are almost TOO buttery. when i try to blend it it blends into nothing! it just fades away because its too soft. i think lucky green has a nice golden tone to it that adds great effect to certain looks but overall, its not a favorite.

yeah, exactly!

i like colors with more intensity and OOMPH! haha.

regardless, i'm still very interested in the new VP colors coming out!

Lucky green is pretty much the only green that looks suitable on me. And i love the texture, because veluxe pearls are the greatest

but everyone can like whatever they want... I highly doubt that it will be as big as Parrot, but it would be cool if it did, because i'd actually have this one

Lucky green looks so lovely on so many of the ladies on this site (so jealous), but on me it was dreadful! It looked a sickly yellow color on my olive skin.

I have it and love it, but if I hadn't bought it I wouldn't be willing to spend more than retail on it now. It's an awesome color and texture, but just not a miracle, I guess!

I never bought it, too green for me. My MAC store still hasit in stock, maybe I should buy some, didn't realize it was that popular.

Just noticed your post, thank you for the offer but I managed to get my hands on a backup from another MAC store.

I also love lucky green and though I may get shot I like and use it more than parrot. It does have some OOMMPH to it. I apply mine over a paint and shadestick combo (I do this with everything,.so it goes on as vivid as it is in in the pot.) and this is where the veluxe texture really shines,.. when you apply the shadow over such products it gets a little harder to blend because it is adhering to the cream base,. so in the case of veluxe pearls I find that I can still get the true color and get a better blending out of it.
