I don't think it's that bad.
To me, it just has the texture like most of the satin e/s MAC makes.
When I stick my brush in the pan, there's a lot of flyaway dust, and I have to really pack the color on.
I don't find it to be too much of a pain.
I must love it because I recently hit pan!

Oh, where to start... for the longest time my go-to smokey eye was Electra on the lid with Carbon on the crease, Vanilla as a highlight. Now I'm liking Phloof! as a highlight, Copperplate on lid and Beauty Marked and Carbon in the crease.

For neutrals... I like Vanilla on the lid and as a highlight, with soft brown in the outter crease and Brun right in it.

My fave combos with Star Violet:

Jest on the lid.
Mythology in the crease.
Star Violet in the outer V.

Expensive Pink on the lid.
Bronze in the crease.
Star Violet in the outer V.

I need to find more ways to wear it.
