Just wanted to say thanks for all the great swatches in this thread of the new mattes. Beautiful colours!

I have my eye on Flame (obsessed with orangey reds) and First Time (if I can get my hands on it!). Also loving BD on you gorgeous girls - looks amazing. However, I already have Bruised Plum and wondering if they're a little too close to justify having both?

Hello there Claudestrwwberr. I grappled with having Bruised Plum and ended up also getting Black Dahlia. No regrets! Go for it!

No Bruised Plum is nothing like BO or BD. I was told by an SA that these were all the same. Really, get some new eyeballs.....BO and BD are very much like the very original Chanel Vamp from like 1990 or so. Bruised Plum is more like the Chanel Elegant that has been released for holiday 2014.

I just ordered Chanel Elegante 149 because I'm a sucker for burgundy/plummy lipsticks.

The lipsticks are up on Nordstrom! I just ordered Ruby Rush, First Time, and Plum Lush.

I had a gut feeling I should check Nordstrom website and I'm so glad I did!
