I know Ash. I love this particular vice like none other---it's just fun. The good that comes from something like a little lipstick, as with your mother is often over-looked. I've always loved makeup but really became obsessed after a 6-month hospitalization for a catastrophic medical condition that nearly took my life. My convalescence was long and arduous and I didn't want my husband to view me as his 'ailing' wife. I used makeup to look my very best, even when I barely had the strength to apply it.

Wow, being able to think that way during a serious medical crisis is really impressive, and I am sure went a long way in helping you to recover. I've always had the impression that you are a strong woman and this is further proof. So glad you're here with us feeling better and as starletta said looking fabulous to boot!

I had my first blood transfusion three years ago and it was the first of many also. People who are able to donate blood are heroes in my eyes. I regret that I didn't do it before I got ill and now will never be eligible to donate in order to pay it forward. I'll have to do something else.

The bronzers will only be offered in the white cases. So if you want the brown, chop-chop. The Cerise lipstick will be released for a "future collection". Got this straight from the TF Goddess. Remember, it is common that TF will release something in Asia, long before we see it in the States. Hence, Cerise might be floating in the Far East about now.....

Oh and has anyone seen a matte lipstick called Hot cerise? It appeared on a few websites this week, I wonder what it is.  This is the only picture I was able to find:

That's where I saw it too. It does look like EP but I don't know, I guess we'll find out sooner or later.

I think it looks fabulous on you. I haven't heard about it being permanent.  I thought everything was limited edition except the bronzers.

Love it on you I really want to buy that too When I first read about this coll I wanted nearly everything Apart from the cheek n eye palette as I really didn't think I use it Then when I saw the pics I was like I need it lol I have used the palette twice since my hubby bought if his prob really impressed first pallete I have used in that amount of days lol Actually three times I have worn it since got it Wednesday x I think it was so not bad I love love it Really do ))(️️️️️

You all are so sweet. really made my day brighter! PS. as if my wallet wasn't already crying... They just opened a saks off 5th literally across the street. Naturally, I was attracted like a moth to a flame. And came home with a cute new rebecca minkoff bag. :lol: And yet... I still want pure pink and gold dust!!

Thank you BC. I think it was more frightening for my family and friends who watched the ordeal. I'm so grateful for my husband who never left my side---we were only
married for two years at that point. My surgeon wrote an order on my cart that my dog was allowed to visit me, so hubs would pick her up from our Vet where she was
boarded and bring her to the hospital in a tote bag! That was pretty funny.

I'm glad you survived your ordeal as well. Having gone through something so traumatic gives you a different perspective on life. I'm so grateful for my life.....and
