The info on the quads, I have fact checked with 3 separate sources, with TF big wigs. Fact check, it is a wonderful thing....

Thanks Ash. Do you have any idea if they plan to tweak the lipstick formula so that they don't go off so quickly?

Yes, they are looking at the actual numbers of returned rancid lipsticks. To try to pinpoint if it is one specific patch or place of manufacturing of product. Again, it will take time to figure out the mystery. As well as not tossing the baby out with the bath water panic. For those of you who truly much smarter then me on the science stuff, will know they need to figure out the cause. It is the formula or the environment or whatever to cause this problem. Again, with my fingers crossed, I have not had any issues with rancid lipsticks.

On another note, since I have never seen CT products up close, as in a store. I always thought their quads were the same size as TF. I was a bit taken aback when I got my Muse and to me, so small.

I wasn't allowed to open and swatch yet Also I have one of these set aside for me and I didn't get the chance to see which colors were included. It's a present and I don't own a single "boy." It's a box of 10 but they're not allowed to sell it but I got 1 set aside for me. I have to work on Black Friday and I'm lucky to have a nice SA looking out for me So I can work without worrying yay!

Finding a great product specialist in any line, be it TF, Chanel, etc make life much easier, at least for me. As well as with me, living in 2 parts of the country, as well as being sent all over it for work. To have several wonderful people helping locate items for me. Far too often I find myself unable to get reception to chase items online on their release date. I also hate chasing stuff. Hence, the reason I rarely purchase Mac. Since far too often by the time I can get to a store or online the items are sold out. Hungry fire fighters just don't get the need for delay in their food due to me having to get online to order before it is sold out. Not a lot of HE stores or Mac stores in the wilderness.

Ice Queen, Sahara Haze, Lavender Lust, Cognac Sable. New quads are being released on 1/6. If you want any of these, you might want to pick them up, soon.

Luckily I have those so no need to rush out to find them. I'm very interested to see what the new palettes will be. Appreciate all of this intel Ash!!!!

Yes! I think TF palettes are the largest of my E/S palettes.

In my fantasy world he would bring back Enchanted and the other one with the blow your socks off teals. I love Ice Queen, with a purple liner and purple mascara on the tips of the teal mascara he released awhile back, so fun!!!!

I have to agree! Cognac Sable, Nude Dip, and Chanel's Topkapi are my very favorite eyeshadow palettes from perhaps the last 3-4 years. I use them all the time. What can Tom be thinking?

Must say that I cannot wait to see the new quads. I wonder if they're permanent or the dreaded limited edition.

Remember Ice Queen was to be an LE for Holiday 2013. And it stayed around until now. I would think these would be perm replacements. Nothing to base this on, but common sense. Never hurts to jazz up the regular line. I am hoping for some great purple colors!!!! I love his eyeshadows and yes, his lipsticks. Chanel to me has the best blushes. I love CL lipsticks, but a tad bit out of my price point. I am holding at 2 of CL lipsticks.
