I went ahead and pre-ordered the two palettes. $155 is a bit more than I was hoping, but I guess it's actually not too terrible a deal given the quads go for $82 and the blushes $60 (though of course I'm sure there's less product). Anyway, couldn't resist.

TF leathergoods are insanely expensive, the regular black cosmetics bags go for $600-$800, so sadly the price of the brush set didn't shock me. I wish they also sold the brushes without the case or in a cheaper brushroll (like that set they did a few years back), I'd love to have those white handles in my collection.

It's not even that nice looking of a case. If it was a case that could perhaps double as a dinner clutch.... I could understand the price but I can't see why it costs that much.

I hear ya. Plus I need more swatches. On my monitor the Really Ree ones are never very close to what things look like irl.

I agree completely with this statement. I do think she has changed her light over the last 6 months or so to where it's better, but IMO, it's still not terribly accurate, and as far as I can tell, she and I are similar enough in skin tone that I shouldn't see the drastic differences I do.

It's a shame because she does get a lot of nice things and very early.

I only know (or can estimate) that it will look darker on her than on me.

TBH, it will be one of those rare purchases that I will be getting even if I have a dupe lol Mem'ries

I think something must be wrong with me. These palettes are doing nothing for me! And the brushes look exactly like his normal brushes, but in white.....for a ridiculous amount of money. :p
