Oh I hope that's not true-----old lady faintsYep. I thought all of these new ones were perm, although I read again on the Sephora forum that So Vain is LE.

Just please be safe AshMama is going to check this out tomorrow. She will hopefully get a peek at the actual sheet from TF. Which has little symbols as to what are LE's. Like Chanel does. I am outta here for my next adventure in BFI. Not sure to pack the woolies or the shorts and tank tops. For shoes it is always the same, combat boots.
Oh JG. I should have swatched Chanel Melody last night but I was a bit distracted-----trust me, it is so light! Nothing like what you see IRL or the pics. The best thing is that it's matte. Not a shimmer in sight. I'm wearing it now as a base for the Peach Duo--which BTW is SO AMAZING. I love these so much that I ordered the BronzeWould you happen to have Emerveille? It's also a light peach. I wonder how they compare.
I own it. It is apples to oranges the velvet to the regular. It is shiny disco ball for the regular d'ombre- which I love. For the velvet, it is just soft and understated and matte. Think of a frosted lipstick compared to a matte lipstick same color. Different looks though.Oh JG. duo-----now I have all 4, joining @Psych1 in this crazy mad obsession!!!
I don't have Emerveille, but if I had to guess I'd say it probably has some shimmer.
Remember ladies, Mr. Ford has in the past had a LE come and live perm. Nude Dip, I think Negligee, BD. Of course since there appears to be an expert reading but rarely posts on these matters could correct us???Oh I hope that's not true-----old lady faintsYep. Ernie Melody is fabulous with the Peach Ombré duo because there's no glitter poking through----it's matte and I love it!!!Glad you love FP, I had gotten it from overseas and I love it, also in the pale skinned category.
If you go to the Dollar Store, then hit McDonald's for the ketchup packets, it is OK. Oh yes, college days menu. Of course there is always Domino pizza. In a college town, you can get a huge one for like 5.00, and share with others, only after they pitch in a 1.00. Or go to the P's raid their fridge and do your laundry there. Not that I would or ever done that. It is my world, and I like it there!!!! Denial is a wonderful thing.Ramen noodles? Too expensive. We need something even cheaper...
Melody is different from the other IDOs----it's an IDO 'velvet' and is shimmerless. I think I'll get a lot of use outdo I need this melody?
ohhhh Meddy, stop, don't say it. LOLSo Vain would so, so gorgeous on you Pretty!!!!

of it wearing it plain on its own, or as a base for other shadows. I almost skipped it and now I'm so glad I didn't.
Also, Melody goes on much softer then what you see in the jar. Yes, you can build up the intensity without it looking like it is applied with a spatula. Love, love, love it!!!!!
I agree Ash---just looking at it in the jar one would think it's bright orange/peach but it's almost beige w/a hint of peach.

It's really, really nice Pretty.ohhhh Meddy, stop, don't say it. LOL
You pretty much named everything AshYou MUST have Melody, it is outstanding!!!!! Again, the color in the jar is not what goes on. It is just a perfect neutral that you can build intensity. I also think it would be lovely with the TF A/W 2015 cream whatever it is....It can be a base, a highlighter or a soft neutral color and it does play well with others. When I got the flyer it said to use it with Tisse Jazz, I thought WTF, orange with blues??? Then I used it, and it is not orange and perfect with the Autumn quad, the new quint, Tisse Rivoli, Mademoiselle, so many others. It is a MUST. It would also be nice with the Dior Spring Kingdom of Colors House of Greens. As well as the TF Golden Mink, Cognac Sable, and the list just goes on......
