I do get self conscious a little bit when I got to our MAC store since I'm always there...lately it's been every weekend since FAFI came out. But I'm sure they appreciate us being such a fan of their products...keeps them busy and in our store, they receive commision so we're also helping them right?

i have a problem too.
when i receive my paycheck, the first thought that comes into my mind would be.... "hmmm what mac stuff should i buy"
zzz.... half my paycheck goes into mac zzz And i just started working not too long.
While i was a student, I could spend 2/3 of my allowance on mac and eat air for the rest of the month. Oh my gosh. i'm such a hard core mac addict.
i remembered i used to pop by this counter every week at least once, there was this nice MA there (who has since quitted for a better future ) who was kind of my regular, and he would say, "Not you again? why always come here" in a friendly manner
He told me that at that time as a student, i shouldn't be spending so much on make up (since the allowance came from my mum). but he was honestly a very nice MA...
Gives very honest adviceand has the interests of his customers at heart..
anyway, ive since limit my visits to the mac counters to about erm 2 times a month..
so it's not as crazy as before. but i still love mac.

I'm a MA at another line and I adore my regulars- even if they're not buying, or even stopping at my counter, if I see them I'm gonna hug them or something! It's the people who really love the products and want to come in and play and experiment and actually treat the MA like a person rather than a makeup-dispensing robot that make the job a blast

Even if you're a rude customer [not saying YOU are in particular] if you spend a lot of money, you can go there every day and the MAs will love you!!! Haha.
I just started working at the biggest mall in the area and there is a really nice counter in the Nordstroms. I've been there about three times in the last two weeks. The first time I did a really big haul. Then the last two times I went to pick up just a few things and the MAs recognized me and were VERY happy to see me.
