I have 6 of their E/s Duos , i would break the colors down but everything is in my case and i dont want to drag it out.. lol anyhow i dont have anything bad to say about Too Faced Products... (except)
I find that the e/s with glitter flecks in them are a pain to work with. Really messy when u apply them the glitter tends to fall everywhere

Has anyone else had a problem with Too Faced mu containers falling apart? I had a lipgloss cap crumble apart in my hands. I thought it was a fluke until the same thing happened with a liquid eyeliner. The plastic just gives out.

I know what you mean! I have the Too Faced Liquif-Eye/Eye shadow kit, and the instructions clearly say to wipe the tip off after every use. I started off using light colors, and I had no problem wiping the color off. I used a charcoal color, and it took several wipes to get most of the color off, and on the last wipe the felt tip came out of the wand! There was no way to put it back in, and I didn't keep the receipt. The only thing the manager could do for me was swap it out for a tester. The thought was kind of gross...but the alternative would be to have one that was useless. Oh well..

That's where my eyeliner was from! The Liquif-Eye kit. The part where the cap screws onto the bottle fell apart.

You have to clean the tip of the applicator off or the darker colours will taint the mixing medium. I don't know why they didn't glue the felt tip in stronger. Maybe you can use a fine eyelining brush and just dip it into the bottle?

It's a bit misleading to think of it as a regular bronzer - it's halfway between highlighter and bronzer, so it goes on a beautiful soft champagne colour. I highly recommend it for PPP skin; it gives warmth without being too orange or too dark.

I've been a big TF fan for awhile, I collect all the palettes, etc. I find their products hit or miss sometimes, esp. lip items. but have always loved the bronzers and blushes because yjey give my NW20 skin just the right amount of color without being too dark or orangey. The shadows are nice as well, esp. since they reformulated them a few years back, thye are much softer and last well with a good primer. Plus they're packageing is so damn cute!

Love Too Faced eyeshadows! As the previous posters mentioned, they are very pigmented and smooth to apply. I don't like their glitter liners too much though. They're kind of hard to apply IMO.

I would never buy them for full price though. I always buy them when they're on sale for like $5 each!

I have two eyeshadows, one regular and one Couture, and both have shattered. The regular ones are held shut with a magnet so when it fell it both shattered and almost all of it fell out!! The Couture one I was able to repress with alcohol. I love that one it's called 'Label Whore' and it's really pretty. I think because they're so soft and silky, they break much easier. I love the feel of Lip Injection too. However, I find Too Faced too expensive, so I just buy off Ebay or wait for them to be on sale at TJ Max. I think for the price, you should go with MAC because they're generally less expensive and higher quality.

They have a free gift if you order off their website, a "quickie" with two eyeshadows, two lipglosses, and a blush. I put a post in the Bargain Hunters section.

Wow, how funny. And I thought I was the only one who had a problem with Too Faced products. Overall, I love the line, but that incident put a slightly bad taste in my mouth. I haven't used it since I got the replacement liner from the tester in the store cause I don't know how I feel about using a tester that God knows how many other people used.

But yes, I just might use my eyeliner brush from Sephora. The Liquif-Eye thing was a good idea, but....if I want to line my eyes with color, I'll just stick with Fluidlines or LLL's.

I think Too Faced's eye shadows are beautifully pigmented, they just don't have that wide a range of colors, for me at least. Most of the colors are warm, and warms look terrible on me.

I really wanted to like their lip products, but since nearly all of them are flavored with some demonic cake batter/sugar cookie/frosting taste, I just can't abide wearing them. It sucks, because I really do love their Diamond Glosses for the sheer amount of glitter and sparkle and the just-released Status Glosses look like they'll have awesome color output. But if they've got that same horrible artificial 'delicious' flavor, then I'm out. Do people really like the taste of that crap? Ugh.

And as for the Lip Injection....dear god! I can't fathom people willingly putting chili pepper extract on their lips! Christ! I accidentally tried Lip Injection because I liked the syringe on the bottle and didn't bother to read what the goddamn stuff did. (aren't I a smart one.) Needless to say, I was cursing and flailing in the middle of Sephora for about five minutes or more until that godforsaken sting abided. My best friend about ruptured her spleen from laughter. (then again, I just don't understand the whole 'big lips = BEAUTY' thing that's been going since Angelina Jolie got popular. big lips don't look good on everyone and lip plumpers are evil. wouldn't it just be cheaper to crack open a habanero, rub it on your lips and sprinkle some glitter on top?)

Oh, chalk me up as another one whose had a Liquif-Eye fall apart on 'em. I just threw away the little felt tip and use mine with an eyelining brush. It works good enough. I wonder if Urban Decay's version of Liquif-Eye of which the name I can't remember right now is just as good or even better (and with an applicator that won't fall apart). Has anyone tried it?

And the Quickie Chronicles...man, I was severely severely disappointed in the one I bought. I bought The Future Lovers because I'm a fan of bright vibrant colors and glittery brilliance and it looked like that palette had both. When it finally arrived from Sephora.com I ripped it open and started to play. I tried the lipglosses first and my excited happiness just died right then and there. The glosses weren't true glitter glosses: they just had an overspray of glitter that was gone after one use. And the glosses underneath were all a disgusting yellow ochre/dark warm brown/medium warm brown. Only one was wearable and it was a clear bubblegum pink. After that experience I decided I wouldn't ever buy another Quickie Chronicle, though I'd been wanting to buy The Sweet Tarte through eBay. Is the Sweet Tarte any good? Or at least better than the travesty that was The Future Lovers?

The one thing I really really miss that Too Faced seems to have discontinued is the Lava Gloss mascara. That stuff was the most amazingly glossy mascara ever. It looked like your lashes were coated in silicone syrup and it came in awesome colors. the pain!

wow this is long. I apologize for that: I tend to ramble when insomniatic.
