I didn't even get tracking on my last package. I had it shipped 2nd day air and never got a shipping notice for it. It just randomly arrived (and both lipsticks were melted even though I did not let the package sit out). I was not pleased. MAC Is sending me new lipsticks overnight air this time.

I never got the usual tracking email either. But my Koi Coral shipped super fast on free shipping and no melting lol Glad they're sending you new l/s
