*I always get asked what i'm wearing when i have pigments on my eyes, particularly Rose pigment.

*My friend had been searching for a subtle gold eyeshadow for a wedding and when she saw me wearing Sumptious Olive once she went ''I want one like that!!" It's such a beautifull colour Sumptious Olive, looks like a subtle green or gold in different lights.

Yesterday I received compliments on Naked Lunch (inner corner), Hipnotique (center to outer lid), Provence pigment (highlight), Teal pigment (touched to outer corner and smudged up and out and to line upper and 1/3 lower). Lined inner lower rim with a frosty creme pencil- people always seem to like that effect. A Dior national MA turned me on to it, it is a subtle color and brightens my whole eye.

No, I don't have pictures. Unfortunately, I am prehistoric and don't yet have a digital camera. It is on my Christmas list.

A few days ago I wore Peridot (inner lid) and coppering (outer lid) lined with Blooz pencil on top lid and inner bottom lid. I lined the lower lash line with Peridot and coppering in the same order. Its a very bold look, but I got loads of compliments. Two old ladies who came into my work said my eyes were "hot" .

I get compliments all the time, haha I'm wearing bold makeup all the time so people do notice!

One time I had false lashes on, and the most gorgeous eye make-up I have ever did on me, and I got a compliment from a man that my lips where hot.... I was kinda offended!

A couple of weeks ago when I went to Nordstroms a TON of MA's complimented me on my makeup.

Expensive Pink as a wash (concentrated on lid)
Cranberry from crease up
Ricepaper to highlight
Beauty Marked to line top
Teddy to line bottom

Stereo Rose MSF on cheeks and Ola Mango on lips.

My favourite summer look right now.

I have had someone tell me that my eyes looked liked candy. I liked that one. =)

I was wearing

Lucky Green on the upper, inner.
Bright Fuschia Pig on the outer, upper.
Kryolan Frambosia along the lashline and pulled down.
Onyx by BE to line the upper and smudged over the Frambosia.
Expensive Pink to highlight.

My best compliments were from a NARS counter woman who was like twice my age (I was wearing parisienne and li'lilly on the inner corners with peridot packed into the outer corners--pretty vibrant for me), who said my eyes were "wow..amazing..the blending, the color combination, just...wow" hehehe and then my fave MAC MA was gushing over my look when I did major cat-eyeliner with blitz& glitz and then had a mix of lust dust and gold pigment underneath just the lower liner. I should really recreate that look and take pics, it was cool.

Yesterday I got compliments on the simplest look ever. I was wearing a teal cardigan to work from the GAP, and I had just bought Goldbit shadow, and wanted to use it. My look was: Beigeing Shadestick as a base, Goldbit all over my lid (which is so similar to my natural skin color, except just a little more shimmery) and then I just lined my lids in Peacocky Glitter Liner to match my cardigan, and then used Vanilla Pigment as a highlight. Because the shadow was so subtle it made the glitter liner really stand out.

I often get compliments when I wear that same cardigan with Satin Taupe shadow on the lid, Steamy used as a liner, and Botanical (the Teal mascara from Madame B (?)) cuz it also matches.

Last week I got complimented on: Beigeing as a base, Bagatelle on the inner to mid lid, and Humid in the crease and outter corner blended into Bagatelle with Blitz and Glitz Fuildline to line the upper lids. Infact, I think I might do this again today!

I love makeup! Hehe, I ignore America's Next Top Model's advice when they say to NEVER match your makeup to your outfit, because for me that's one of the funnest parts!

I've gotten compliments any time I've worn an orange-y shadow this summer. Usually it's Orange Tangent as a wash w/Sunplosion in the crease and UD Alley Cat liner. I've also done Deckchair as a wash, D'Bohemia in the crease & Vanilla to highlight, also with Alley Cat. Gold & Bronze have also worked well for me this summer, the Parrot/Lucky Green & Sweet Sage (see FOTD forum) got me a few compliments, and the weirdest one of all came from DH...I wore nothing more than Provence and Alley Cat liner and he loved it. Go figure.

My eyes are usually dramatic so most of the compliments are for my eyes. I just wish I were more photogenic, because it all looks like crap on camera.

Recently though, I've been going easy on the eyes and focusing on my skin so I get lots of compliments on my "glow" (Skinfinishes).
