What compliments have you recieved for your Mac makeup..

I first read this as: Parrot and Melon went out to sea...

All the days!!!! what are you wearing today? ....people ask me.

The most compliments were with:

-Eyeshadows: guacamole, parrot, lime, shimmermoss

-Shadestick or powerpoint: out to the sea, sea me , light as air, so there is jade

-Pigments: chartruese, clear sky blue, teal, pink pearl ( when i wear it a lot of people ask me...)

-Fluidline: blue peep

-Glitters: all

But never ask me about the lips and the blush

I thought of another one with which I've gotten tons of compliments:
Tilt overall
Aquadisiac on outer corners
Fiction in crease
Blue Peep to line

I floof a little of my blush on the underbrow after putting it on my cheeks to warm the look up a little.

I usually get alot of compliments from the girls in my dorm because I try out looks on myself and then I'll do it for them that weekend if they liked it

Most complimented combos:

Cornflower pigment, Violet pigment, winged liner (VERY bright. Used to be my fave combo)

Emerald Green pigment, Acid Orange pigment, Gold pigment (from outside to inside) kinda looks like a parrot's wing

My smokey eye: MAC Elecktra, Black Tied, White Frost, thick liner on top

Also, I get alot of compliments on my "blush" when I'm not wearing any lol because I get naturally flushed all the time

And I wear alot of lipglass, so these are the ones I get the most compliments on:

MAC V-Red (mainly because it's bright)
MAC Enchantress with MAC Flash of Flesh on top
MAC Pink Poodle
MAC Springbean (they always say "Whaaaat? It's GREEN??" when I pull out the tube)
MAC Florabundance

I always get compliments on my lips.

I have done:

Mahogany(outer), chestnut(inner),honeyflower and springbean

I get compliments on eye looks also:

Pollen (Lid), Contrast & Plum(Crease), Carbon & Brown Down(up to Brow Bone),blue liner

Era(lid), Brown Down(crease), Honest or Honeylust(highlighter), DipDown

Flammable(lid), Carbon(crease to brow bone), Blacktrack

I love color and being as I'm a photographer..I like to use color and make some wild looks...think high fashion, kind of like the MAC post cards, or some mag. ads....the makeup is always very unique and off the wall. I love to do my makeup extreme like that, I'm always getting compliments for my use of color and what not. The MUAs at my counter and store love it too! So does my boyfriend..he knows more about MAC and other cosmetics than most girls just from being around me so much...

I have a good friend that always tells me I look gorgeous when I wear Dada Delight cheekhue; he also complimented me when I wore the e/s from the Tease Me quad.

My showshopping combo, only done it once but seems to have caught everyone's eyes at work:

I have gotten a few compliments when I do pink eye looks, using Pink Freeze or Yogurt as base, Expensive Pink, Girlie, Naked Lunch, and Phloof! as a highlighter. I also used Teal and Copper Sparkle Pigments once, that went over well.

I was complimented on my eyemake up the other day. I wore Shimmersand shadestick on lid, soba, on crease, and print outer corner, shroom as highlight.

the best compliment i ever got.. was while i was at a counter.. i was wearing my fave green eye combo (lucky jade s/s, bitter, juxt, swimming and humid) and this girl came up to me and asked me advice cause she thought i worked there.. and then when she found out i didnt she still wanted my help cause she liked what i did best.... it was awesome.. i felt good..
