What do I call this...polished neutrals?

This look is a little different for me. Why?
1. you can actually see that I`m wearing blush
2. my eyebrows look better than ever before (still not perfect though. I have been too obsessed with eyebrows lately)
3. I´m actually wearing lipliner and lipstick instead of just gloss

Oh, and I colored my hair...I added some darker lowlights for fall, my hair was kinda bleached from the sun after summer
