What does this product do? Tint Corrector

I was browsing Ebay and found these

Are these pro products? The seller describes them as concealers but they look more like shade correctors to me.

IIRC, they are to adjust the shades of foundations, etc. They are not concealers. They were Pro. AND they have been DCd for a loooong time.
