concealer: Maybelline one in the squeeze tube is better than MAC's squeeze one (I think this may have been discontinued)
translucent powder to catch e/s, p/g fallout: Almay has an excelllent soft textured one with a good yellow base yet super fair.
eyeshadow primer: Revlon colorstay concealer

highest quality line overall: Nyx is pretty amazing for the price--very large range of textures and colours. Unbeatable for drugstore, it even beats most high end cosmetic brands when comparing in such general terms.

Forgot to add: There is a line here called BYS, think it stands for Be Yourself, very cheap and some things are quite good. The eyeshadows and some of the lipsticks are good. The empty palettes will hold MAC if you take the separators out and they just snap out. They are magnetized just like the MAC ones.
Also I love Bonne Bell for lip gloss and pale pink colors. Lip smackers are my new obsession, as I missed them the first time around and my husband loves the taste, so more snogging for me. LOL

Have you tried their nailpolish remover that comes in that snazzy press-pump thingy? Other than having the ultimate packaging, it's also acetone free and it has the MOST amazing scent--evvah! It's a gogeous strawberry fragance that only becomes truly apparent when the remover dries up. My hands smell like strawberries for hours after removing my polish.
